I want to build my network with higher level people then me, but as im looking the people they are around with have something to offer them, all I have to offer is hustle but how are they ever gonna know if they don’t take the chance?

Always think about value when you want to connect with higher-level people. If they see value in someone, they are willing to connect with them.
Time is very valuable to wealthy people. The easiest and most simple way to bring value to a wealthy individual is by saving them time. If you're young, tell them that you're willing to complete some tasks for them to save them time, and slowly that network will build if there is value.
That's how I was able to connect with multi-millionaires from a very young age. I brought them value by saving them time and asked for nothing in return. But because I brought them value I was able to network with them in return.
