I'd like to see about starting some ecourses and trying to sell them or at least give them away. What do people want to learn about right now, do people want to learn about e-commerce starting a business selling a business growing a following making quick money etc? I thought about making a first E-course about where to start in business and maybe make four different levels such as beginner novice intermediate and expert? What does everybody think I'd love any input possible :-)

So what do we think, is it the right time to start a rental/airbnb company? I keep seeing on BiggerPockets, everyone raving about real estate, I have personally had a few rentals, but the ROI doesnt make too much sense to me...seeing how you can go into the stock market, or reinvest in a company with better ROI, whats yalls thoughts? :D

Ok, so an Icon and I, (Adel) went to the mall and asked random people about what they would like to have, in a giveaway, if they were to participate in this forum. So far our biggest requests were: Money in varied amounts. Laptops or techonology to help them along their journey. Ecourses and giving them away. Trips to cool places where we hold events for others and teach other about business. How does this sound go giveaways for those who engage in the forum??? Let us know! :D

Hey hey! I just wanted to share a few tips that has helped me stay focuses for hours and days at a time. I leap frog.... I plan what I need to be done, then I get a stopwatch or hourglass... I turn off all phones and distractions except music with no words. I then start a timer for 15 mins. Grind at the topic, then once I run out of 15 mins, I shift focus to something fun lime a game, play for 15 mins <timed> then I go back to the task for 15, then repeat. You will be amazed at what you get done... Grind brothers and sisters...
